We met at Laurel's Steakhouse here in San Antonio while I was waitressing and going to school to become a kindergarten teacher. Dennis started coming into the steakhouse more and more and I would sometimes catch him catching a long stare at me. One day after work, he came up to me and asked me if I wanted to get a bite to eat, after he had just eaten a full rack of BBQ ribs and a stuffed potato. I accepted and from then on, we were making plans for this and for that! It has been four lovely years now and we are making other plans...to get married!
